Pickleball is a fun, social game mostly played in doubles format. We welcome all levels of players and are happy to teach you the rules. The four courts are always full so come on time and we will set you up with some games. It is currently the fastest growing sport in the United States and is growing increasingly in popularity in Ireland. It is easy to pick up and is enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. With a smaller court size and unique rules such as an underhand serving style, three bounce rule and a no volley zone (kitchen), pickleball is guaranteed to bring plenty of action and enjoyment.
Our mission statement for the year is To make pickleball a fun and inclusive activity at the University of Galway.
