The University of Galway is one of Ireland's top college Pool and Snooker Club teams, with successes in both inter-college and international tournaments.

Hi all,

Welcome to the University of Galway Pool and Snooker club 2025/2026 This club will host tournaments for new students with dates to be announced soon. Training takes place Wednesdays from 7-9pm. These training sessions and tournaments help decide the 3 teams for the Inter-varsities in February. While we have a high standard in the club, all standards are more than welcome down to lash a few balls around, make new friends and have a laugh!
